I know, I know….. some of you might think this is WAY too early for Christmas – but I thought I’d give you a heads up this Sunday to let you know that my 12 weeks of Countdown to Christmas video tutorial series start next Wednesday. We all get maniacally busy come December, so I’ve timed the 12 weekly christmas themed projects to finish in the first week of December. We can all feel smug that we’ve finished our Christmas prep ahead of time, can’t we? So on with today’s card.
Loving this “Winter Wishes” stamp set and I really hope you do too! This was the second card my Card Club ladies made using that same mirror technique to get the skates to face in the opposite direction. For class, I just inked the “Hardwood” background stamp in Chocolate Chip and stamped on Chocolate Chip card stock then cut them into strips for everyone to save time.
The card front was embossed with the brick wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (TIEF) as a backdrop and the wooden plank was attached with dimensionals.
They stamped on the inside of the card too. Both the Wood Mount and Clear Mount Stamps are listed for ease of reference and they all link directly to my online store should you wish to make a purchase (for the European market only).
