How d’ja do that?

The catalogues for Stampin’ Up! aren’t just a catalogue, they’re also full of ideas and inspiration and many of you have wondered how those 3D stars were made.  At the US Convention in July, Pam Morgan demoed how to do it so today’s video is a visual to make it easier for you to follow!

I’ve added some extra measurements in my blog post below as promised in the video.  Enjoy!

If you wish to make larger or smaller stars, here are the measurements for cutting the depth in each cross section.

12″ square, cut to depth of 2-1/2″ (6.4 cm) 11″ square, cut to depth of 2-1/4″ (5.7 cm) 10″ square, cut to depth of 2″ (5 cm)  9″ square, cut to depth of 1-7/8″ (4.8 cm)  8″ square, cut to depth of 1-5/8″ (4.2 cm)  7″ square, cut to depth of 1-1/2″ (3.8 cm)  6″ square, cut to depth of 1-1/4″ (3.2 cm)  5″ square, cut to depth of 1″ (2.5 cm)  4″ square, cut to depth of 3/4″ (1.9 cm)  3″ square, cut to depth of 5/8″ (1.6 cm) Have fun!
