Wedding favours!

Remember this wedding card I made?

Well look at what the bride sent me!  Hand delivered by my lovely downline Petra,  from Danni who is also her sister in Germany!  Danni made all the wedding favours herself.  I thinks it’s gorgeous – so not labour intensive but packs such a WOW!

This is what was inside, but I still can’t bring myself to open it! It was a little jar of home-made marmalade.

Thank you card

Of course I had to drop them a “thank you” card, so this is what I made.

I’m loving the heavier weight Whisper White card stock – they only come in packs of 24 sheets same as our coloured card stock but great for stamping on directly just as the standard Whisper White A4s which come in packs of 40 sheets. 

I used the thicker Whisper White for my card base, the standard Whisper White for my card front layer which I stamped in mint macaron with the Brushstrokes stamp.

Embellishment

A variety of flowers stamped from the Pictogram and Something to Say and punched out with the itty bitty accents punch.  The leaves were stamped tone on tone in Mint Macaron, fussy cut and adhered as pictured.
