Eeek! I can’t believe that Christmas day is just over a fortnight away!
This card was a happy accident – I was trying to create a fun fold, but it morphed into a dresser! lol! So the most logical thing to do was leave it as a dresser!
If you read my blog post on the Year-End Closeout sale you will have noticed that this stamp set is retiring, but the Cup of Cheers is in the “Timeout” list and will be returning in the Autumn/Winter catalogue 2020. If you want both, now’s the time to purchase both before the stamps retire!
Stampin’ Up! is always looking at innovative ways to enhance our stamping experience and introduced “Reversibles” (patent pending) for the first time in this catalogue. The stamps have been created using specialised photopolymer stamps which allows you to stamp with both sides of the stamp for greater versatility and the die set includes a die with the cup handle on the right, and another die for the cup handle on the left to accommodate this.
On the back of the dresser, I added a piece for a greeting and somewhere to pen a few lines.
In the Dresser space, you could use it as a napkin holder on a dinner plate or ……………
insert a cello bag containing a sachet of hot chocolate, mini marshmallows and a candy cane stirrer. Most commonly used is a Candy Cane, but I found these darling Candy Cane striped spoons and just for a change, used these instead.
Can’t find these cello bags in the catalogue? Sneak Peek!!! These will be coming soon in 2020!!!
What do you think? Napkin holder, or hot chocolate with all the trimmings?
Here’s the supplies I used except for the sneak peek item! Truth be known – I couldn’t find the other cello bags! lol!
