This Easter will be like no other as globally practically every continent is on “lockdown” trying to stem the tide of the Coronavirus. It hit Italy pretty hard, and the death toll from this new strain had overtaken China’s fatalities.
At time of writing, far reaching measures such as the closing of schools, cafes, restaurants had taken effect, although “take-a-ways” were permitted, but definitely even on Mothering Sunday (22 March in the UK), people were discouraged from socialising in groups, or visiting friends/family. All manner of events had been cancelled. So, I suspect, the same scenario would apply to Easter and we’ll have to face time each other instead!
So Happy Easter everyone!! Did I say I love blues? The more traditional colour would most probably be yellows, but I fancied a change. I used Seaside Spray as my card base, and also cut a 2 ½” strip and embossed it with the Ornate Flower 3D embossing folder.
Whisper White card insert was adhered to the inside of the card and I partially stamped the crocus image in the bottom right corner and coloured it in as well.
