Sometimes it’s good to revisit techniques. This fun fold was all the rage about 3 years ago. The stamp set I chose is just perfect for this type of card. The patterned papers in the Playful Pets suite on page 40 to 42 have the most adorable artist’s impressions of cats and dogs.
It may not be everyone’s cup of tea to fussy cut the images. I didn’t want to chop the paper into 6″x 6″ sheets from the original size of 12″ x 12″. This would mean losing some of the dog images. They were pretty easy to cut and didn’t take me long. The “terrier” not sure what breed he is, can be cut out with a die. He reminds me of Disney’s “The Lady and the Tramp”. Golly, that was so long ago!!! His companion, I think it’s a Pomeranian – correct me if I’m wrong! Looks like a normal card, doesn’t it?
Open it – and it pops and twists…….!
