A serendipitous moment was acquiring this Boho Indigo Product Medley! All through July we were able to earn bonus coupon codes and I’d accrued enough to not only exchange it for the new Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine, I got the Boho Indigo Medley as well! Demonstrators are allowed to pre-order the new die cutting machine before it publicly launches later in the year .
How did I make the card?
I started with a Very Vanilla card base. Some of the papers are embossed in Very Vanilla, and I chose this pattern and die cut it with the largest Stitched Nested Labels dies.
The brushed gold mat layer was cut by eye. I adhered the label to the brushed gold mat layer and just cut a 1/8″ border all round.
In the meantime, I stamped the vases in Gray Granite and Night of Navy. They were die cut together with the foliage in Garden Green. The vases were adhered to the mat layer, as were the leaves and I added the flowers using glue dots.
To make those layers “pop”, I alternated the layers with the Brushed gold metallic papers.
My ethnic origin is Chinese, and throughout my childhood, we lived with blue and white china. This product medley brings back sweet memories and I’m wondering whether or not this has influenced my love of all things blue!
What’s in the Product Medley?
The 6″ x 6″ (15.2 cm x 15.2 cm) papers are all blue and white. It also includes 6 embossed sheets, 2 each of 3 designs as well as 2 each of 3 designs in the sticker sheets. I also love the stamp set and dies that coordinate with it. In addition, there are 2 reels of ribbon and 2 sizes of floral embellishments. It’s a super duper bumper pack and will give hours of creative fun!
It’s well worth the investment!
