Trees…..or “A” tree is an image you can build on, whether it’s for Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. Is it a tree of life in all its guises for the four seasons?
I found it in the “Life is Beautiful” photopolymer stamp set. It’s a “Dist-ink-tive stamp set so it incorporates light, shade and depth when you stamp the image all in one go.
Who knew that simple round shapes and wispy snowflakes could be used in lieu of leaves. As soon as I committed ink to paper and saw it come to “life” it blew me away. Sometimes, less really is MORE!
In today’s tutorial, I’ll be concentrating on creating the summer one in soft greens. By using different punches, changing the colour palette and accessories but keeping to the same layout, I was able to create four different cards depicting the changing colours of the season.
