The Right Stitched Triangle

Happy Sunday! How was your week? I’m looking forward to next week because it’s the start of two new Countdown Series! Here are the details.

Six Weeks Countdown to Halloween Series

Every Wednesday beginning September 23rd, I will be posting a Halloween themed project until October 28th.

Twelve Weeks Countdown to Christmas Series

Every Friday beginning September 25th, I will be posting Christmas themed projects until December 11th.

I’m also excited about sharing this creation with you using the Right Triangle bundle. No-one was more surprised than I at discovering how many different ways you can use with triangular shapes.

Initially, this bundle didn’t “sing” to me and I was a bit slow in convincing myself that it was in my “must have” category. What can you do with triangles, I asked myself. Suffice to say, when I looked at the samples in the catalogue again, I convinced myself I needed them!

Last week I showed you how you could make a little fox. I’m hopeless with needle and thread, but die-cutting paper triangles mounted on self-adhesive sheets was simply a breeze!

How did I get patterned paper? Stamping, of course! The stamps are photopolymer and so they are clear and you can see exactly where to line up your triangles to create a continuous pattern.

The greetings are the Itty Bitty Birthdays, the rest if self-explanatory.
