Frame Stamping Technique – Festive & Bright

Frame stamping technique with Festive & Bright. Hello and welcome to Week #2 of my 6 week Countdown to Halloween series. The Festive & Bright stamp set can be found on page 64 of the July-December 2021 Mini.

It has three open line-art images suitable for Christmas, Halloween, Spring or Autumn. These photopolymer stamps are long, clear and flexible. This means you can see exactly where you’re stamping and you can also adjust the curvature of the stamp to suit your project.

This is a super quick easy card using copy paper the same size as the card front mat layer as a mask. To create a mask, establish the width of your stamp, score on all four sides leaving the stamped area clear. Once your lines are scored, there will be a square in each corner. Make a diagonal cut on each square to create a mitred corner in all four corners.

I’ve created a video tutorial, so for more tips and to see the mask in action, just press play.

I hope you enjoyed today’s Halloween project, pop back for episode 3 in my 6 week Countdown to Halloween Series next week!

Product List

Stampin’ Up! has a new Reward System beginning early April 2025. Customers now must have an online account and need to opt in to earn 10% of their qualifying commissionable product purchases to redeem as Stampin’ Rewards on future orders. A qualifying purchase must meet the minimum threshold requirement on commissionable products. Be aware that Stampin’ Rewards have an expiration date. They need not be redeemed all at once. Stampin’ Up!’s system tracks them and the rewards expiring first will be used first when redeemed. You can check the Rewards Dashboard to help you keep track of Rewards Expiration Date Information. Please note the new Stampin’ Reward System cannot use Rewards toward the purchase of a Starter Kit as the Starter Kit has non-commissionable items in it. The Host Code will become obsolete.
