It’s episode 10 of 12 in my 12 week Christmas Countdown series and today it’s on gift packaging with the Decorated with Happiness Bundle. I love these adorable Stars Treat Bags. They have laser cut stars on the front so you can put any coloured card insert to suit the occasion or season.
I’ve gone a little off piste using a non-traditional Christmas colour with Polished Pink. Preferring pastels myself, I very rarely use bright colours but thought it might make a nice change for the bauble.
This is the Decorated with Happiness Bundle – the stamps are paired with the Decorated Pines Dies. You’ll find it in the July-December 2022 mini on page 27 and the Stars Treat bags are on page 35.
I die cut the pines with Evening Evergreen Glimmer paper for the bag on the left. For the bag on the right, I just used plain Evening Evergreen card stock. Which do you prefer? Personally I like them both so am finding it difficult to decide. I guess for economy, the plain card stock would be a penny saving option, but if you want a bit of glitz you could do some with the glimmer paper.
