Quick easy cards with Dainty Delight

Here’s another sneak peek with quick, easy cards with the Dainty Delight bundle from the forthcoming January-April 2023 Mini. Not long to wait, it will go live tomorrow!

Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-a-bration event kicks off too. Both the time frame for the validity of the seasonal mini catalogues and Sale-a-bration have been shortened. The mini is valid for 4 months from 5 January to the end of April 2023. Sale-a-bration will be offered from 5 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 for approximately 2 month period only.

During Sale-a-bration, Stampin’ Up! gives away free product for every £45 or £90 order excluding shipping/handling. There are three stamp sets and three 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) DSP to choose from at the £45 level and one stamp set and one bumper pack of 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) – 48 sheets DSP to choose from at the £90 level.

I purchased the Dainty Delight bundle and earned the Sale-a-bration Dainty Flowers 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) DSP free.

I kept the inside simple by stamping a single image in Tuxedo black memento ink. Each one was coloured in the same colours as the coordinating card stock.

Cutting guide

Prepare 3 standard card bases in your choice of colour to coordinate with DSP.

1. Select one of the patterns and cut it in half so that it measures 6″x 12″ (15.2 cm x 30.5 cm)
2. On the long side, align left edge at 4″ (10.2 cm) and cut strip into 3 pieces each measuring 4″x 6″ (10.2 cm x 15.2 cm)

Please note that these pieces may need trimming further to fit the card bases. I decorated it with Basic Rhinestone jewels and a die cut butterfly in coordinating card stock from the Designer Tags Dies.
