This Sunday I have a floral birthday card made with Sale-a-bration’s Beautifully Happy stamp set. It’s a level 2 Sale-a-bration stamp set which could be yours for free subject to a £90 purchase excluding shipping/handling. By the way, we’re half way through the Sale-a-bration period as It finishes on 28 February 2023.

This is a standard size birthday card made with Basic White Thick card stock.

Card details

  1. The card base is a standard card with Basic White Thick card stock.
  2. The front layer is cut ⅛” smaller than the card base when folded and was die cut with the Split Card Textures dies. Behind it, I adhered a piece of Fancy Flora 6″x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) DSP.
  3. I mounted the stamps on my Stamparatus and stamped the linear floral image in Gray Granite ink. The leaves were stamped with Soft Succulent, Flowers in Fresh Freesia and the flower centres in Daffodil delight. The stamped images were fussy cut, one whole, and the other partially cut so that it could be adhered with dimensionals on top of the whole one.
  4. The sprigs of leaves were die cut with Framed Florets.
  5. Adhere floral elements and leaves to card base.
  6. Stamp the sentiment in Balmy Blue die cut with Stylish Shapes dies.
  7. Tie a bow with Simply Elegant trim.

Inside card

  1. I stamped the single flower in the bottom right corner. This is also a two-step stamp so the inside was stamped in Fresh Freesia, Soft Succulent and Daffodil Delight.
  2. Stamp birthday greeting in Balmy Blue.
