Tricks & Treats bag with interactive skeleton in Episode 5 of 6 in my Six Weeks Halloween Countdown series. I can’t believe there’s only a week left to the final episode! In this penultimate episode, I made a cute movable skeleton as well to attach to the label. It was such fun making this!
I found these Chocolate pumpkins on a lollipop stick and was delighted to find that the Tricks & Treats die for making a treat bag was the perfect size! I used two sets of dies, Tricks & Treats dies to make the treat bag from Them Bones 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Designer Series Paper and the Bag of Bones dies to make the skeleton.
The Tricks & Treats Dies isn’t just for Halloween. You can use the die for the bag to make bags for any occasion. There’s an option to make it with this jagged edge like I’ve done here, or you can leave it plain, but that’s for another day.
For the skeleton, I used Bag of Bones Dies – there’s such a variety of arms and legs in different positions and you can dress them up with different hats and shoes too. Fan or no fan of Halloween, you have to admit it’s cute, huh?
