Hooray for Surprises
The Hooray for Surprises Bundle is such a fun set – if you like interactive cards this is a MUST have! If you look closely at the dies, there is a little “bump” which looks like a speech bubble, but it isn’t! The bump or tab is where you can grab hold of it and pull to open!
The dies only partially cut through like a large perforation so it still stays in tact, but if you grab hold of the bump or tab, it will detach and reveal a secret message underneath.
Sale-a-bration’s Jungle Pals
I chose Jungle Pals as my free product so that I could use the sloth for my hidden message. One of the dies in the Hooray for Surprises dies is a sprig of leaves and I used this for the sloth to hang on.
The inside of the card was simply stamped with a birthday greeting.
Cutting guide
- Crumb Cake card base : 4 ⅛” x 11 ¾” (10.5 cm x 29 cm)
- Card Front mat layer #1 : Crumb Cake 3 ¾” x 5 ½” (9.5 cm x 14 cm)
- Copy paper : 3 ¾” x 5 ½” (9.5 cm x 14 cm)
- Cut 2 pieces of Basic White : 3 ¾” x 5 ½” (9.5 cm x 14 cm), one for card front and one for inside of card
