Quick easy birthday card

Quick easy birthday card. I’ve used the new background stamp called Leaf Collection as a backdrop for a quick, easy birthday card and also used some online exclusives which have been around for a while. These are Rhino Ready and Radiating Stitches. Both Rhino Ready and Radiating Stitches have been was the perfect choice to use with the Leaf Collection background stamp, don’t you think?

Using minimal supplies, you can create a quick, easy birthday card. The new Leaf Collection background stamp is quite large and covers the whole of the card front. In the UK and Europe our A4 sheets are slightly longer and more narrow. Consequently, I had to trim the card stock to fit the stamp.

I stamped the rhino in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and coloured him with Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends and the bird with Lemon Lolly and its beak with Pumpkin Pie.

Inside card

I stamped a different Rhino for the inside of the card and coloured him in with Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends also.
