Congratulations card – Extraordinary Flora. Extraordinary Flora bundle is in the 2025-26 Annual Catalogue on pages 84-85. There is a single stamp with a host of floral images. These images can be die cut all at once with a single coordinating die. Even more extraordinary is the extra wide washi tape with all the images already coloured in and can be die cut with the same die.

I’ve made Congratulatory cards to celebrate all sorts of occasions, mainly for anniversaries, milestone birthdays or a significant achievement. It’s not often that I make one for prospective grandparents so this one was special.

Treasures of Life – Retired

I usually try to use products that are current, but occasionally there are stamps which have retired. I’m SO glad I hung on to the Treasures of Life cling stamp set. It first appeared in the January – June 2021 Mini but unfortunately didn’t carry over. You can see a card I made with this stamp set HERE.

Cutting guide

The card from the Embossed Designs Mix & Match specialty cards & envelopes pack when folded measures 4 ¼” x 6 ¼” (10.8 cm x 15.9 cm). Consequently you only need mat layers for the inside of the card.

1. Mat layer #1 : Lost Lagoon 4″ x 6″ (10 cm x 15 cm). Adhere to inside of card.
2. Basic White Mat layer #2 : 3 ¾” x 5 ¾” (9.5 cm x 14.5 cm). Adhere on top of Lost Lagoon layer.

Sentimental Frames Die

1. Die cut two of the rectangular frame.
2. Adhere them together for added strength.
3. Apply dimensionals on the back. Set aside.

Extraordinary Flora Bundle

1. Stamp the single stamp in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Because it is photopolymer, ensure you stamp on a foam pad to act as a cushion in order to get good coverage for the stamped image.
2. Die cut with die. Select the floral element of your choice and colour in with Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends and Calypso Coral combo too. Set aside for later.
3. Adhere Extraordinary Washi Tape to Basic White card stock ensuring you have no air bubbles (take it nice and slow to prevent air bubbles) then die cut and set aside.

Cutest Onsie bundle

1. Silver Foil – die cut rattle
2. Tie a small bow with ⅛” Gold & Silver Trim combo pack and attach a glue dot to back of bow and set aside.

Assembly Instructions

Card front

1. Adhere Sentimental Frame to bottom right of card front.
2. Stamp “Congratulations” in Lost Lagoon and trim at an angle. Apply dimensional on back and adhere to bottom of frame as pictured.
3. Select Extraordinary Flora Washi Tape to bottom left corner as pictured.

Inside card

1. Adhere Lost Lagoon Mat layer leaving an even border on all 4 sides.
2. Stamp greeting from Treasures in Life (if you have it or use alternative of your choice)
3. Apply adhesive on back of rattle and adhere as shown.
4. Attach bow to rattle handle.
5. Adhere the stamped and coloured floral element to right of greeting as pictured to complete card.
