Clean and simple card with All Squared away

A clean and simple card with the All Squared Away bundle for today’s post. I loved the samples in the catalogue of the All Squared Away bundle and couldn’t decide whether I should get them or not. So as you can tell, I lost the battle with my “sensible” head.

Finally, I found time to “play” . There are four square dies with different floral images, approximately 2″ square. I thought they would also be perfect for making 3″x 3″ cards to fit in the 3″x 3″ envelopes that Stampin’ Up! supplies. That will probably be another project for another day.

From July 1st to August 2nd, we have 15% discount on a selection of patterned papers. Consequently, I’m on a mission to try and use mine this month, whether it may be large or small! Did you know that on one side of the Pansy Petals 12″ x 12″ pack, three of the designs are gingham! I love gingham, as I am still mourning the loss of our Buffalo Check stamp which has now been retired!

I used the new Bark 3D embossing folder for the card front mat layer. It provided a contrast to make the gingham and square die cut “pop”.

In addition to the square dies, there are also several floral dies to cut individual flowers. One was cut in Pale Papaya for the inside of the card.

I have a video tutorial for you. There’s also another sample I created which you can see HERE.
