Hello and welcome to this Sunday’s post on a Diorama card sneak peek. I used a stamp set called “Feels like Home” and it’s free subject to a qualifying purchase of £45 before shipping. For Stampin’ Up! addicts, you will be familiar with Sale-a-bration.
For a limited time, during “Sale-a-bration” any order of £45 or multiples of £45 before shipping you can choose a free product from the Sale-a-bration brochure. It used to be an annual event at the beginning of the year. Stampin’ Up! has changed this and it will now occur twice a year, but for a shorter period each time. I created this card with a sepia look. Although this image is ideal for colouring, you can just stamp the image and leave it as it is. The image was stamped in Soft Suede. To create the sepia look, I simply used a blending brush and lightly added a touch of Soft Suede ink to highlight the edges of the Diorama layers as well as the image.
This card is 5″x 5″ square, cut from Very Vanilla thick card stock. the layers were also 5″x 5″ and adhered to the card base with dimensionals. For a finishing touch, I added Champagne rhinestones and tied linen thread around my sentiment label.
