This gift bag and exploding album was inspired by my fellow team mate Hayley who won the Demonstrator’s Showcase at Regional Training recently. I’ve changed it slightly using the new scallop trim border punch to do the edging. She very generously showed us how to make the gift bag and vellum flowers at our last team quarterly meeting. This next picture shows the box open, with minimal decoration ready for you to put pictures of that “precious bundle of joy” in its first month of life. I love this little poem – white embossed to make it stand out. A closer look at the pram image which was also embossed in white. Pink Pirouette is an extremely pale shade of pink and you can barely make out all the stamped images. I used the clear mount blocks for this set – the advantage of using the clear mount blocks is that you can put several images on the acrylic block when you want to stamp background. This saves time. I would highly recommend it. The stamps come in a DVD type box and saves storage space too as it is so much more compact.
