Crazy for Cupcakes, 18th Birthday

It was my niece’s 18th birthday recently and I made this for her.   I used a strip of Certainly Celery,  the polka dot CC DSP, stamped cupcakes on cake stand image and balloons in black stazon and coloured in with water colour crayons, blending with aqua brush, used stamp-a-majig to position sentiment, cut out some numbers, cut a slot in the fold of the card to thread ribbon through and secured ribbon with a length of gold elastic.  It was really quick and easy to do.
