There’s more than one way to create an ombre look. In the past I used inks, but today we’re going to create it with different shades of cardstock.
I used four shades of blue, starting from the bottom – light to dark, we have Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Pacific Point.
The strips were then adhered to a Whisper White layer and then die cut with the largest of the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I stamped the large floral image from Forever Blossoms and white embossed it, then die cut labels from Stitched So Sweetly dies in various colours as an accent on the card.
