Hiya! Back with another Wednesday Workshop Wow – this time showcasing the new fringing scissors Stampin’ Up! have introduced in the Spring/Summer Catty this year.
The video illustrates how to make the above flowers but it also shows what other possibilities there are for using the fringing scissors. You can fringe an embossed border, a mat layer for a tag, use a range of graduated coloured cardstock to cut a fringe for mounting on a card as a feature. Let your imagination run wild!
