More Cheers to the Season

Happy Sunday! More Cheers to the Season this time for a New Year card.

The third image in the Cheers to the Season stamp set is the wine glass. I thought it would make a great card for the new year, but “cheers” could also be used for birthdays or an anniversary, or congratulatory message for a task well executed, or an achievement

I stamped the wine glass with Lost Lagoon ink on Basic White card stock. Then fussy cut the wine glass and attached the Simply Elegant trim behind it. A piece of Silver glimmer paper mat layer was added underneath the Patchwork Pieces layer to coordinate with it. As a finishing touch, Rhinestone Basic jewels were added.

Inside card

I stamped the sentiment and spotty stamp at full strength, but stamped off the background stamp for a lighter shade. The greeting is from Brightest Glow, one of the stamp sets from last year. I always get such a kick being able to use well loved stamps in my stash.
