Tips on how to use this Washi Tape

Here are a couple of tips on how to use the Washi tape. If you want to die cut elements from it, you’ll first have to attach it to a Basic White piece of card stock.

The Summer Happiness Washi Tape measures 3 ½” (8.9 cm) wide and features a repeating pattern of quirky hand-drawn summer images such as flip-flops, suns, pineapples, cherries, and more. The images are in lovely bright, cheerful colours like pink, coral, yellow, and teal. Perfect for cards, scrapbooks, and other paper crafts and needless to say, it also coordinates with the Summer Happiness Dies (also an exclusive online product available as of 1 July 2026).

1. You need to unroll Washi Tape slowly on to a scrap of Basic White large enough for the repeat pattern.
2. Use a bone folder behind roll as you unroll it slowly to prevent air bubbles and/or creases.
3. Place corresponding die on top to die cut images.
