A Tall Easter Curved Treat Box

I am so pleased with how this tall Easter curved treat box turned out. It is relatively simple to make. To create that arc, you may need to use a small circular side plate or an oval or circular die. To secure the top, I used the same method as previously for the Easter Egg Drop Orb I made in a previous post which you can see HERE.

The hand held punch I used to punch the hole at the top has retired. In my prototype, I had used a 1/4″ circle, but I switched to a 1/8″ circle in the video. It proved a bit tricky to thread the Purple Posy scalloped linen through the smaller holes, but I managed it in the end with a little coaxing off camera!

To decorate the top, I used the strawberry builder punch. The punch has a strawberry, flower and two types of leaves. For this project, I punched the epicalyx part out of Mint Macaron card stock and used these to cover the “tendrils”. These were 1/8″ x A4 length strips of Mint Macaron card stock which I wound round a pencil. The stamped sheep image and die cut label is from the Hippo Happiness bundle and the sentiments are from A Wish for Everything stamp set.

Grab a cuppa and watch the video to see how I made it.

Stampin’ Up! has a new Reward System beginning early April 2025. Customers now must have an online account and need to opt in to earn 10% of their qualifying commissionable product purchases to redeem as Stampin’ Rewards on future orders. A qualifying purchase must meet the minimum threshold requirement on commissionable products. Be aware that Stampin’ Rewards have an expiration date. They need not be redeemed all at once. Stampin’ Up!’s system tracks them and the rewards expiring first will be used first when redeemed. You can check the Rewards Dashboard to help you keep track of Rewards Expiration Date Information. Please note the new Stampin’ Reward System cannot use Rewards toward the purchase of a Starter Kit as the Starter Kit has non-commissionable items in it. The Host Code will become obsolete.
